Opera’s most famous double bill

Both set in a Sicilian village but two years apart, Cav & Pag (as they have become known to adoring fans) are full to the brim with intense emotion, high drama and powerful music. 

These most famous stories of obsession, jealousy and betrayal seethe with verismo Italian passion.

Each opera is just over an hour long, between which there will be a long dining interval.

John Ramster (Eugene Onegin 2021) directs these beautiful new productions starring international soloists who have sung at the Metropolitan Opera, Covent Garden and English National Opera as well as the most distinguished younger artists. We again welcome conductor John Andrews to West Green House Opera.
